These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huumanext platform. huumanext.com is a product created, run, and operated by Fifth Force, an entity incorporated in India. By accessing the Human Potential OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Huumanext is currently in its Beta phases (e.g., The Genesis Beta). The platform, including the Cognitive Tutor, Diagnostic Telemetry, and Career Autopilot, is provided "as is" and "as available". Fifth Force reserves the right to iteratively modify, update, or suspend the trajectory computations, MIMO engines, and overall platform architecture as the ecosystem evolves.
You must provide accurate and complete information when joining the waitlist or creating a profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. The system computes trajectories based on the data you provide; falsified data will result in inaccurate career mapping and potential account termination.
All underlying algorithms, the MIMO architecture, the LCB Engine, Digital Twin methodologies, content, design components, and the term "Human Potential OS" are the exclusive intellectual property of Fifth Force. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the Huumanext architecture.
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to manipulate the AI assessment engines, deploy automated bots to skew telemetry data, or use the platform to distribute malicious code.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Fifth Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. While the system computes mathematically optimized career trajectories, Fifth Force does not legally guarantee employment, specific academic results, or financial outcomes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India.
